ABSTRACT
This study “assessment of the annual physical and laboratory examinations” conducted for students, faculty, and staff of Central Philippine University. The descriptive research design was used in this study. Analysis of the survey was carried out by the use of frequency and percentage from 293 respondents in a one-shot survey. The findings of this study showed that the physical examination conducted for students, faculty and staff was not comprehensive, while the laboratory examination for students, faculty and staff was not comprehensive. The faculty, staff and students signified that laboratory examinations be included in the annual physical examinations. The students want that the additional cost of laboratory examination be shouldered by the University, while the faculty and staff showed their willingness to pay for additional laboratory examinations.
