ABSTRACT
This research study is incorporated a descriptive-correlational research design that involved all teachers teaching in the elementary and high school in the Municipality of Bingawan, Iloilo. Data were collected using two adopted questionnaires. This study is mainly descriptive and used frequency distribution. Cramer’s V and Gamma values were used to determine the extent of relationship between and among variables. Majority of the respondents were female with bachelor’s degree, teaching in the elementary level, and had been teaching for 10 years and below. The overall rating of the respondents towards principals’ leadership behaviors was satisfactory and their level of satisfaction towards the principals’ leadership behaviors was satisfied. The man level of teachers’ morale was high morale. There is no significant weak relationship between sex and level of satisfaction of teachers towards principals’ leadership behaviors. The relationship is moderate between teaching level and level of satisfaction of teachers towards principals’ leadership behaviors, and years in teaching and level of satisfaction of teachers towards principals’ leadership behaviors. There is a significant moderate relationship between highest educational attainment and level of teachers’ morale. There is no significant weak relationship between sex and level of teachers’ morale. Moderate relationships were found between highest educational attainment and level of teachers’ morale, and teaching level and level of teachers’ morale. There is a significant high correlation between level of satisfaction towards principals’ leadership behaviors and level of teachers’ morale.
