ABSTRACT
The job Resource and Management System (JRMS) was design to improve the operation of the University shop by monitoring the job related tasks and resources ad generation of reports based from the data inputs. The study also aimed to develop a computer system that can create projections on the utilization of job related resources based on previous performance. The system predicts that start date of jobs, generates a Gantt chart, and generates reports based on the given inputs. It also improves the operation of the shop in terms of generation of reports and projection of the job start date. The system act only as a monitor and the responsibility of taking actions on its output is in the discretion of the user.
